overall quite happy with the stay. the wellness was the highlight, got lots to do like squash, billiard, bowling, and swimming pool. the breakfast was amazin and food was delish! friendly staff that helped with everything we needed.

the hotel feels a little old, and the welcome drink was not really welcoming. also, parking was kinda pricey.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that really dampened my experience. The air conditioning in my room was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to relax. the shower drain was blocked, and I had to deal with unpleasant standing water, as no maintenance was performed during my three nights despite reporting it. I also found the cleanliness of my room lacking, with a dirty carpet and stale food options that were well below average.

the air conditioning was 'kaput', and it took forever for someone to bother with a room change. not to mention, i woudl have thought a wellness hotel would have spotless equipment, but the gym's were old and rusty! almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t since i deserved better treatment.

The hotel's cleanliness impressed me from the start. I enjoyed a complimentary room upgrade which made my stay feel special. The view from my room was fantastic, providing a beautiful cityscape that enhanced my experience.

Absolutely loved the comfortable bed! 🛏️ Our room was spacious with a large window letting in natural light. Just wish the bathroom had better ventilation. very happy with our stay!
